For over 30 years I have been active in the fitness community. I have won several armature bodybuilding titles including the MR. NJ contest. I worked as a fitness model appearing in many magazines, TV shows and training videos, I have also written many articles for nationally published fitness magazines.
I have worked as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for over 25 years specializing in Nuclear Cardiology. I have preformed tens of thousands of stress tests over the years and have extensive knowledge in human physiology, and medicine. This knowledge and experience will be passed on to the clients I work with.
Being a health care professional for over 25 years and an ISSA certified nutritionist and health coach, I have gained a momentous amount of experience on the aging process, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, arthritis, and much much more.
Working with thousands of patients I've learned what to do and what not to do to loose weight, get in shape, age gracefully, prevent disease, and recover from disease or illness.
